BSC Cross Cultural Committee presented a LGBTQIA+ History Panel today to a packed house, about how to view current issues and theory in context of history. Featuring GK Armstrong (BSC archivist with an extensive background in LGBTQIA+ archival work), CeCe Lacey '12 (founding charter consultant for the Magic City Acceptance Academy and graduate of Harvard’s Graduate School of Education), Jill Prince (Assistant Director of Student Involvement), Dr. Amy Cottrill (religion professor with academic interests in religious queer theory), and Dr. Jessica Hines (English professor with academic interests in women and gender studies and active role with BSC DEI initiatives across campus). Big thanks to our panelists, and to all who participated. @bscc3
